A solid batting effort, which included yet another Toby ton, and 70 for Ben was overhauled with ease due to Robin's usual dynamic batting (125*) which was a pleasure to watch although there was some muttering about him benefiting from an incorrect not out stumping decision (this author did not see that incident).
This author did see, unlike the umpire, 88 runs not out in Friend's impressive match winning 2nd innings. Was it a key decision? Hindsight wasn't needed. He left his ground, hailed a cab, got back to the crease, and the umpire missed it all. Must have been a compelling 'Simpsons' sky to miss that game changer when even his team mate on the boundary tells the author that he thought it was out too.
Please be sure to take note of Riz's innings, which was a lesson in how to put bat on ball, but was ended prematurely in a bit of a mix-up.
