Easy win built around a monster batting display (326/5) against a lacklustre fielding performance from the exam stricken team of eight from Caius. The students will no doubt bounce back next year after being given detention and 500 lines to remind them that 'catches win matches'. A number of simple chances were grassed off both Webley brothers who proceeded to send most Cauis fielders to the back of the class on a massive outfield.

After a well mannered tea with scones, the bowling and catching from Pacific was on the money and despite the odd loose delivery the total was never under threat as Pacific chalked up the win by 267 runs.

Head boy for the day was J. Webley with his second ton of the year (139 not out).
