Last week's Annual Comp, played earlier in the year than usual in order to maximise attendance, was won by Mark Pittman who despite never having played cricket for Pacific did turn out against them for North Middlesex. The handicap winner, Mick Murray has been more tenuous links to cricket as he has only become part of the Pacific ex players society in the last 12 months.
The previous handicap winner, Tony Tambyrajah, hosted the event at Finchley Golf Club where he is a member, & some organizational & financial peculiarities aside, the day went well. Birdies from Adrian Duthie & 2 by Mark Pittman were noted.
