An a hot September day Pacific won what turned out to be a closer game than expected. After posting a healthy 239 from 35 overs, and making a promising start with the ball, Pacific started leaking runs in the middle overs and Hackney Umpires looked set to see it home.

However key late wickets from Sharma, Deighan and Reny ensured the Umpires were all out with 20-odd runs still required.
