Fresh from thrashing Southgate & Pacific still reeling from Hampstead's hammering, only 1 result ever looked likley. Again Tim Vanderpump top scored but the bowling was meaner, faster & shorter & more venamous than in the previous match. Barnet's batting was far more ruthless too as they accrued an impressive 159-3 . A Hussain's 14 being the lowest.

Captain CC reports "Well really Pacific should be sponsored by Muller cos this was Muller time, seriously. Pacific got outplayed in every aspect, and the only bright spot being the humouring of the umpires' calling of wides.

  Patel propelled Barnet off to a flyer with 31 coming off just 14 balls, with all bowlers getting seriously tapped around the park and the ball generally being hit hard and fast straight down the track to the back wall. Bastin capped off a sharp day behind the stumps with a nice stumping off Vanderpump to end T Sharma's 21 off 8 balls. Halloween came 13 days late for Pacific, as the full horror emerged at 160 to win. That's only 16 an over then...

  Bastin and Chandler got the likely loss off to an interesting start, mainly down to a contentious run-out. No batsman shone apart from Vanderpump, again unbeaten. 53 being the final score, this was surely a game to forget, but at least Pacific got their money's worth. "
