With only three Pacific batsmen reaching double figures our total was always going to be difficult to defend, particularly when Actonians opener Zain Ul-Abidin smashed 84 not out including nine fours and five sixes. In the end we lost by eight wickets (or six if you include the two retirements, which we can't really).
Still, the Pacific spirit was not sunk (though, thanks to PBD, a few whiskeys were), with nine Pacificos enjoying post-match drinks in the WB Yeats.
