On an overcast but warm day on Broxbourne's second square Jon Webley was at his best as he stroked his way with ease to 148* but unfortunately found little support apart from Moore and Shan.

Sam took a good catch at midwicket off Aroon.  

Jon Brown kept supremely well on the low bounce Broxbourne wicket and came agonizingly close to a no bye innings - two in the last over.

Steve Richards gave two lbws in the same over when umpiring - Sam looked unlucky as he appeared to inside edge it but James was plumb.

Jon Webley's hitting endangered the Reporters plentiful watching support club gathered at deep mid on - one thump down the ground being just tipped away from pregnant wife and pregnant sister by a diving Reporters skipper (who was not playing) so that it merely hit his mother on the arm
