Two lads picked up 7 wickets between them. Alex Jessop-Emmins could finally count catches off his bowling not drops as he picked up 4 of them. Stand in skipper Jon Webley who early scored another 100 although he said it was the scratchiest of them this season. He also applauded the efforts of the young lads who broke through shortly after Charlie Challinor had retired before later coming back for 1 ball leaving the skipper on a hattrick & the chance to relish the colts' efforts as well as his own. It was after all 121 without loss & with just 42 more runs being added before Chassuaed oicked up Challinor in the covers.
Mention too must be made of Sam Parkinson who's 3 catches were exemplary & well done Jon putting him in the right place.
