Hutchinson INXS
Pacific v Strongroom CC at Wray Crescent  Sat 05 Oct 2013 at 12 noon
Lost 42 runs
Friendly fixture

A good game on a warm day (for October) at Wray. Their Sydney 2nd Grade opener, Mitchell Hutchinson, was spared on 0 by Nuggsy and made 161* – it really was a wonderful display of straight hitting. American Paul collected his first wicket in cricket. Steve's decision to bowl himself did not quite work as their number 3 tucked in as well. A target of 272 still felt gettable but only Premal truly got going (falling agonizingly on 99). Luke's 25* was impressive as Strongroom did not ease up (epitomised by a harsh stumping of Paul to end the game that will be recorded as a run out by us at least).

Crowd recorded as 13 thanks to Reg and the October cricket followers.

Thanks again to Peter Hollman for umpiring and to Chris Clayton for scoring.
