Won by 70 runs

Pacific consolidated joint 1st (of 13) in the Victoria Park Community Cricket League. To date all 5 matches, which have been played at Wray Crescent, have ended in easy wins for the Islington side.

Following last week's win against Stoke Newington by 6 wickets chasing 65 for the loss of 1 wicket with 8 overs to spare (Shayne Rees 4-1-7-2, Dave Murray 34*), Pacific were put into bat & accumulated 158-5 (J Campbell 48, M Holliday 25, M Boonaert 25* N Bloch 4-0-30-2) which was above & beyond DC's understrength side 88-3 (Ian Webb 28 R Allum 4-1-7-2).

Pacific's 3 pronged pace attack lead by Rob Allum who bowled beautifully in particular to dismiss danger man Bloch with a ball which seamed & beat the latter's full defence. DC had no where left to go & with other results having gone their way, P are the only team with a 100% win record.
