Sadly only one of the games took place & over at Hackney Downs the ground remained empty as the sets of 7 players that London Fields & Palm Tree could each recruit wasn’t enough to yet play with WC cricket & rugby remaining a greater draw for the absentees. Both sides therefore do not score a point.
Meanwhile at Wray, favourites Strongroom imposed themselves by racking up 277-7 off their 35 overs lead by 112 off 76 balls by Rashid Pathan. Best return of 4 wickets for Rowan Lincoln-Gordon for 45 off 6 overs.
In reply, Pacific Captain Dan Humphrey lead with 100* off 107 balls but no significant support left the side all out 106 runs short.
